Pregnancy Diary : 19 December 2015 First Visit to the Gynea

I was so excited to visit the gynea  . We went pretty early that day to Island hospital , leaving our house at 7.30am and reach there by 8am for registration .

We did not know that the first appointment of the day started at only 9.30am , so we head over to the cafeteria for breakfast .

At Dr Narvin , he perform a ultrasound scan on my tummy . Surprisingly , we were able to see our fetus of 6 weeks 4 days .

We also able to detect the heartbeat of the fetus .

Total first time charges RM201.90 .

Some advice from Dr Narvin , no pineapple and sugarcane .
Even tom yam also not allowed . No chinese medication or herbal soups.
No heavy lifting or contact sports and even pushing trolley .
