Staycation : Four Points by Sheraton Penang

Birthday celebration last weekend was a blazed ....bcoz is planned by ME!!!
Use my Asia miles to claim for a night stay in Four Points by Sheraton which located at Tanjung Bungah .

Checked in around 2pm on Sunday afternoon . Check in process is very fast but no hot towel or welcome drink.
No one offer to bring our bags up either .

 However the room was very well maintain and new . It seems that they took over the management of this hotel few years ago only.

 There's a study desk for those who need to do some work .

 Large TV with international channels such as Disney ..

 basic coffee tea making facilities

 Bathroom was ok ....simple shower

 they have safe box , disposable slippers , iron which is great and also weighing scale but is not working

 mini fridge .... nice

 This little gal enjoy herself on the bed ... she loves them

Makan : When Francis Meet Rempah

We stayed back in Penang last raya cos we just too lazy to head back to Subang .

So one of the activity we did during raya is to dine at Kota Dine which located inside Fort Conrnwallis. 

We went during lunch time .

To enter the restaurant you have to pay entrance ticket RM20(MY Card) adult which remember to keep the receipt where it will be use to deduct the bill. 

 We went at 3pm and still pretty crowded .

 We ordered one set lunch RM59++ and one ala carte meal

 One of the reason to visit this place is they are famous for their unique dessert

 Appetizer from the set : kerabu mango salad , pie tie and chicken rendang

 Ordered chicken rendang which is think taste so so only

 Nasi lemak wrap - taste ok only .... maybe coz the sambal taste the same as the rendang sambal

 This is the best dessert tiramisu ... filled with gula melaka coconut spinkles and pandan ...serve with kopi-o on the side... really yummy

 total bill came up to RM100 ...

 The fort was under renovation so we took some pics and balik . Especially when the weather is so freaking hot .

Lombok Day 2 : Turtle Santuary and Cycling

Day 2 in Gili .

We have ala carte breakfast .. Marcus with nutella french toast and mine with mee goreng indonesia. 

Yummy !!!! 

 So today is kinda free and easy for us ...so we head over to the main walking street ..

 Along the famous walking street , you will come across a small section which is the turtle sanctuary

 if your lucky you can see really small baby turtles

 Lunch at the restaurant next to our hotel. Pei said that they serve good coffee

 So here's our latte and cappuccino

 After lunch , we head over to some massages - pretty reasonable ...around rm40/hour .
And we than rented the bicycle

 We did a half island tour with the bicycle .... manage to catch the sunset
