KAMPACHI BY EQUATORIAL - Dad's 60th Birthday

Last Sat , we celebrate our dad's birthday and mother's day together at Kampachi Jaya 33. Sis recommend this place as she say that the foods are really nice and the cod fish is very fresh. 

 We able to choose the type of tea - green tea and roasted rice green tea.
Very nice ...especially the waitress would keep refilling the tea as well as the leaves.Even after few times of refill the tea still taste the same and not watered down.

 

 Prawn tempura for sharing cost RM40 .... very fresh and crisy

 I ordered Salmon teriyaki with garlic rice - not very impressive and taste normal

 Sis ordered the unagi set with slices salmon as side dish

 Dad's cod fish -- no fishy taste

 

 The most interesting dishes of all - mom's seafood pot - filled with scallop, prawns , salmons and veges ...yummy !!

Total bill RM330 inclusive of tax ....
Will not come again as i can get cheaper taster foods somewhere else.

Fav Nasi Lemak in Penang : Maya Nasi Lemak Sunshine Market

Every Sat none stop for the pass one year  Marcus & I will be heading to Sunshine Market for our favourite breakfast spot. 

The nasi lemak is sold by a malay family in a van opposite sunshine market. At the van , there are a lot of diffferent pack of nasi lemak sold. Ask the pakcik for MAYA Nasi Lemak. 

In my opinion , this is prob the best nasi lemak in Bayan Lepas area. Cost RM1.20 per pack . 

 After we purchase from the van , we will head towards the market to makan our breakfast

Dome Breakfast Queensbay

For the first time , we headed to Dome for breakfast . 

Previously we tried Dome few times for dinner and loves the foods there . We find that the foods is pretty affordable and tasty.

Opening hour in QB : 10am onwards until 10pm.

 Superb scones : They heat up the scones before serve  .. per set RM 7.00

Always start the day with a cup of coffee : cappuccino rm11

 His breakfast set : RM22 ( Cant really remember)

Total payment : around rm45++ .. pricey for this kind of breakfast however the foods is superb especially the scones set.

Suki-ya Paradigm mall Kelana Jaya

Finally -- after reading bloggers blog about this place .... got the chance to visit last weekend with my family.

This restaurant is located in Paradigm mall Kelana Jaya 

They have 2 branches , one in Lot 10 and another here .

Price per person lunch : RM29.90++ ,  only 2 hours allocated 

 Sis and I cam whoring while waiting for our soup to boil

We were given 4 choices of soups which are miso , sukiya , shabu2 and kimchi
We decided 2 choices which are  miso , sukiya

Included in the buffet are ice-creams - green tea, choc and burn ice fav

Overall enjoy the lunch a lot
I find both soups are very flavorful even without adding in those vegs/meats

rm29.99++ is very affordable and if your a meatarian - you will enjoy this buffet a lot
But if your a vegetarian - prob not worth your money

Kiam Kui - Chinese Delicacy in Kota Bharu

This is call Kiam Kui ( Hokkien - sticky cakes) -- according to mummy is made out of rice floor .
