Kiam Kui - Chinese Delicacy in Kota Bharu

This is call Kiam Kui ( Hokkien - sticky cakes) -- according to mummy is made out of rice floor .

These are the condiments that goes on top of the cake...

                         One of them is he- bee ... dried small shrimps
 This is popo - the chef behind the dish
 Final look after added everything ........ superb
