Did a last minute trip in between jobs ...and with the tight budget ...we all ended up in Chiang Mai ...
Took airasia there since as mention that i am on a damm tight budget.
Did i mention i went to Bangkok last month and going to Bangkok in another 1 month time ???
I really "LOVE" thailand...hahaha
We depart from KLIA 2 airport around 2.50pm
boarding our flight ... so excited ....
Pre ordered nasi lemak RM10 for lunch
3 hours journey and we landed in Chiangmai international airport
We wanted to take a taxi to the hotel but while walking to the taxi stand , we saw a Tuk Tuk that advertise 30 baht per person per ride.And here we are .... cheapest ride ever from Airport to Hotel.
Such authentic Chiang Mai experience .The tuk tuk ride took around 30 mins .. so pretty worth the amount we paid for .... the only thing u have to tahan is the traffic pollution.
Our 3 people bedroom - @ Imm Hotel Thaphea .... just right in front of the gate
complimentary coffee and tea
and drinking water
Just below there is 24 hours macd and also a massage spa ... not too bad
Paid RM834.70 for 6 days 5 night stay.
Right opposite the hotel is the famous Thaphea Gate
Donation if u wan a hair cut by the army ...
The arm is having donation drive to collect money for the flood victim ... so every night they have hair cut and live band
