Pregnancy Diary : Benefit of Exercising

This week i am now 20 weeks 3 days which indicated that i am into my 5th month of pregnancy,

I am now 41.5kg comparing to my pre-pregnancy weight of 38kg (1 kg from regensburg trip) .

I feel the same as past few weeks, energetic . My constipation gets better these days , which i think due to more fruits intake and i didn't feel that hungry anymore. First few months of pregnancy , i get hungry like every 2 hours and i tend to eats lots of carbo hoping to last me longer throughout the day. However for the past few weeks , i tend to not feel hungry anymore during tea break session and dinner. I ate really light meals for dinner such as apple and cornflakes or milo and conflakes or example today crackers with jam .

As for exercising , i did not stop exercising even when i found out i am pregnant.
Now in week 20 , i cut down a lot from my pre-pregnancy routines such as no more body combat classes.

I just do not understand why the society treat pregnant lady like they are retard . When you tell people that you still goes to gym , they prob open their mouth and gap in horror .

I have friends telling me you shouldn't go to jogging or gym and of course i know they only meant well.
However tons and tons or articles on the internet and doctors encourages women to continue exercises even after you get pregnant.

Of course you shouldn't do any strenuous exercise or contact sports such as football or bungee jumping.

Please go ahead and exercise or encourage anyone you know who are pregnant to exercise . But of course please consult your doctor before proceed.

And ....please please please do not discourage anyone to exercise ...it is very discouraging.
I know how it feels ....
