Arriving in Hong Kong from Penang on 14 March 2012

We check into L'nina Hotel and was very grateful to be given a room upgrade to the executive room

Property Scouting;The Haven , Ipoh

Last weekend ....... another road trip ......but this time is not for holiday but learning session .....education on property .

We are heading down to Tambun to view The Haven .On the way , we stop by Ipoh for breakfast at Foh San.

Reach the site at 1pm
CEO Mr Peter Chan greeted us and we are offer lunch ......

Personal Comment :

Wonderful concept - going green and back to nature.They gurentee a return of 6% for the first 3 years n 7% onwards for 2 more years .Not bad offer for investment standpoint .

However , as a property investor , property investment is always about location location location .I just dun buy it in the going back to nature and green thing ..Mayb just me , i am a beach person and not a green person.I cant imagine spending time here as my second home. In Batu Ferringgi ----------- Prob Yes!!!

Finally after like ........nearly 10 years of not dining in my fav BAK KUT TEH restaurant in KB ...........today i got the chance ........

This is my first bak kut teh shop g tht i ever tasted and it is best ever Bak Kut teh in the entire whole world.............

My uncle introduce me to this place when i was 3 years old ...........
This place is located somewhere in the middle of KB town............... who say PAS area cannot sell pork ........

This is my uncle tht introduce me to Bak Kut Teh .............thanks to him , i have the chance to savour this wonderful meal
